Happy Birthday Jared

Jared had the day off for his birthday and requested we go to a splash park. So we got all ready and headed down to Payson after naps. When we got there at 3 the pool was full and they weren't letting anyone in. Jacob was not happy to get back in the car but we drove up to Spanish fork and went to a splash park there. He had a blast! Last year when we did this he did not like it but this time he wanted to walk right into the deep end. Jared help is arms and put his feet in the deep end and he wanted him to let go! We'll have to go more often. I haven't hit my 6 week mark yet so Mae and i hung out in the shade. For dinner we grabbed Jacob a kids meal at Wendy's and gave him to our neighbors while we went to Texas Roadhouse. When we got home we spent the rest of the night playing hand and foot.

Jacob doesn't pay much attention to Mae but sometimes he sees her and smiles but that's it.

I feel like she is growing so fast. Anna is coming to take pictures of her this weekend but i wanted some new newborn pictures... this was my poor attempt at it. There wasn't very good light...

This is exactly two weeks. We have a drs appointment tomorrow. I can't wait to see her stats!

Welcome Baby Mae

The day before

Sorry no exciting story. I went in to be induced.

 Not comfortable and ready for this baby to be out of me. 

I went in at 11 and got every thing going around I got my epidural around 4 maybe and it was a completely different experience then last time. He had to poke me three times. I do not remember those sensations last time. around 7 I saw my midwife and she broke my water and stretched me to a 6. Then things really started moving along.

She was here at 10:43 8 lbs 8 oz 21 in long

This was my wonderful midwife that made delivery so much better this time around. Love her

Uncle Devin was our only visitor. Jen and Michael had so kindly taken Jacob for us and sadly Jacob is sick so we decided he shouldn't come visit.

Now we are home and recovering. I did tear so recovery is going to be a little longer then I wanted it to be. Good thing mom is here to help me

39 Weeks

I am ready to go! Please let me not go over my due date by too much!
