The Chain

so apparently my room is really busy. you are supposed to be looking at the colorful chain.

This chain is the all powerful chain! it counts down till the end of two weeks when Annika and i get to buy our flip flops and to the end of finals which i don't really care about but its something for my roommates and then to when my mom comes and then to when i go to Tucson and then ten days after i get home JARED COMES BACK TO UTAH!

and i had to add this picture because it makes me smile. we were talking today and telling how much we miss each other and all that good stuff when all of the sudden Jared told me his sister invited me to visit! but I'm taking two weeks off in may to go home in Tucson. so i don't think i can get off anymore time. i miss him so much and it would be amazing to see him in April but i just don't know if i can do it.. i could try really hard.. but i just don't know. he'll be home in June. we can make it. right?

I made dinner on Sunday and it looked amazing! so i took a picture of it and decided to tell y'all about it.

i was inspired by something my sister made once upon a time on french bread and by Jared who made it out of things he found at applebee's i combined them into this. its alfredo sauce mozzarella cheese grilled chicken red onions and tomatoes! i put too much cheese on it but it was still good.
P.S. Kristen i want to know how you made that vegetarian pizza that you made one time. the cold one. with the cream cheese....

FRIDAY NIGHT!!
so in preparation for Kaylee's birthday we blew up about 100 balloons and filled her van! it took a long time but we had so much fun! we also had some help from Annika's cousin Spencer and Cammie's (Kaylee's sister) roommate.

SUNDAY

so once upon a time Kaylee asked us to teach her how to do her make up. so we did and she is gorgeous! she always said she was going to go buy some but she never did. so we decided to help her out and we all pitched in a bit to get her some make up.

Annika and I made her a beautiful birthday cake.. and it was CHOCOLATE!

Goodbye Till July

Welp Jared has left me for 3 months to go all the way across america to Ohio. He will be gone and working hard for his brother. I will miss him terribly but 3 months isn't that long right?? right. I took him to the airport this morning and we had a lovely airport goodbye. it was cute. People requested he throw a goodbye party so he did. a bunch of people came by.... the best parties happen around a table..

of course this party had Guitar Hero! this is everyone rocking out....

Everyone is going to miss him... but mostly me.

Easter goes to college

Even though i didn't spend Easter with the family this year i had an amazing Easter! the sign you see above was made by Kaylee. Amanda and i found it on our floor surrounded by candy when we woke up Sunday morning. on the back of it was a note saying there was eggs hidden in our front room. we each had three and they were hidden really well! (i just got out of the shower...that's why i look so sick) one of mine was hidden on top of the lantern. that's why i was standing in the couch

Amanda and I did this one together. P.S. it was really hard to hold the egg the way we were holding it.

we were missing annika while we were doing this because she got to go to her grandma's house for Easter so we made one of her. its the green one....

We made an Easter feast! we were so proud of ourselves. we made a Ham, Amanda made funeral potatoes, Kaylee made salad and fruit and i made rolls! it was just like being at home... almost. it was good practice for when we have our own homes and stuff like that. good thing we had good mothers who taught us how to cook!
