It's been awhile...

I've decided to be a dental assistant. I've been going to dentists and doing research on schools and things like that. I'm observing a dentist on Monday and I'm starting school on Wednesday the 26th. Its a ten week course and i'm so excited to start and to finally get a real job. While I'm doing that I'll be a classroom aid for American Leadership Academy in Spanish Fork. Its only two hours in the morning but its something.

Once upon a time i had the coolest cake pan that made the coolest dinosaur cakes...

I was thinking about this pan i few weeks ago and was like "where is that" I don't even remember putting it anywhere and don't even know where i would even put it. So i asked Kendle and she said that she remembered seeing it when i had been moved out for awhile so i went back and asked the people in my old apartment if they had left it. We couldn't find it but one girl named Brooke said she was moving out and going through everything so if she found it she would give me a call. I left that day thinking it was a goner and i was so sad. SO SAD! i can't even tell you how sad i was. Well this morning i got a call from Brooke saying that she had found it. I ran over and got it! I'm so happy to be reunited with my dinosaur pan! Thank you thank you Brooke!

Today is a good day not only because i got my pan back but also its stormy and cloudy, my AC is off and the windows are open and i love it!

The Half Blood Prince!!!

SO Jared's brother Ryan had a Job interview with this company. Sometimes they get whole movie theaters just for their company and he got invited to one when they were interviewing him. Now that hes been invited to one hes like on a list and they invited him again to harry potter and he invited us to go too! I was super excited and when you go to opening night movies you have to dress up or wear a t-shirt or something! Jared didn't want to dress up with me so i was kinda bummed. I couldn't really find a costume anyway. But the night before i was talking to Jen and she helped me put together a harry potter costume. I'm so glad i did! it cost me 6 bucks! I got the skirt from DI and i painted the tie myself. I borrowed the tights and wand from Jen. I was the only one in the whole theater dressed up. There was other people that i saw that were dressed up too but they were watching it in different theaters and stuff.

I don't like posing by myself and Jared is no professional photographer... that's why i look so weird.

The theater was decorated for it. Love the candles lol and the welcome to Hogwarts sign.The company is called Digicert.

When we actually got into the theater they had a table full of all different free shirts. it was crazy how many people rush for free shirts. Jared got this many... they are all Larges... neither of us can wear a large. what am i going to do with these?

He did mange to get one small and one medium out of the masses of people and shirts. Now we can be matchy matchy with our awesome digicert shirts....

All in all it was pretty dang fun and I'm not going to comment on the movie because i don't want to ruin it for other people. I'll discuss it with you when you have seen it lol. Thanks Jen and Ryan for inviting us!

My Favorite Hair Cuts

I was looking through all the pictures on my computer today. (i want to delete the ones i don't like or don't need anymore and put them on dvds to save if my computer were to crash) Currently and for a long time now i've been wanting to grow my hair out and have it long and layered and pretty. But i was looking at these pictures and i really think short hair is cute and fun. and it looks pretty good on me... In the past i changed my hair drastically a lot. Not in the color department but just the cutting part. Anyway heres a tribute to all my favorite hair days.

Happy 4th!

Jared and I got to take a trip after all! We were originally going to go to Chico but that didn't work out. Then we were going to just stay home but then we decided to go to Idaho and visit Anna in Idaho.

I don't have any pictures though. She might be putting some up sooner or later. If you don't know Anna's blog its in my list of other blogs.

Jared and I drove up after he got off work Friday night. It was probably a really stupid thing to do. Earlier that day i had taken Jen and Micheal to the airport at 5am and then Jared worked 8 hours. We were both very tiered. We got to Anna's house around 5am Saturday morning. Jared drove the whole way and says he doesn't remember some parts of the way. We stayed up late a lot and didn't get much sleep the whole weekend but we had lots of fun with the Marshall family. We even got to see Mark and Nicole. Its nice to see family. Idaho was nice we drove home early this morning and Jared had to run to work right when we got home.

Beach Time?

I went to Jens house a few nights ago like usual and she was making a super sweet beach bag. I was like hey i want to do that too! SO i did!! Jen, Eithan, Micheal and I went to Joannes yesterday and spent 2 hours trying to pick out fabric... maybe the girls should have gone by themselves. There were so many cute combinations! Jen even got some more to make another one lol. So we spent the night cutting, ironing and sewing. Jen didn't get a chance to make hers last night but she helped me with mine. I'm so lucky to have such a cool sister and brother in law so close so i can come and eat their food and play games and do fun things like this while Jared is working his butt off. I sure love you guys!

AND i sure love this bag!!

Happy Birthday Party Jared!

First i'll start with the night before. Jared got this wheat grinder from his parents for his birthday. The night before i wanted to try it out. So we did!

lol good times. Then the day of Jared's party i woke up and made him wheat waffles. They were delicious if i do say so myself.

Then we cleaned and got ready for people to come over. We made hot dogs and baked beans and had chips and watermelon.

Eithan enjoyed it and ate lots!

I got Jared a DQ ice cream cake. something my family really enjoys that surprisingly a lot of people haven't had before! Everyone enjoyed it.

After Ethan and Jen and Micheal left to put Ethan to bed and we broke out twister! notice Madelyn doing it on her head lol she makes me laugh.

Happy Birthday Jared! Sorry i wasn't there for the real thing but i hope this made up for it!
